Mid Pink

Dye hair pink from mid/dark brown advice?

So I have mid/dark brown hair, and in a few months I’m being allowed to dye my hair pink. (my choice, so no silly questions like ‘why would you want to do that?’) But I’ve been told that to get the brightest pink I’m going to have to bleach it first. Now I’m worried, because I’ve bleached my hair from dark before and it turned out orange/yellow/white. And I had to get it corrected at rush for like £75. I normally dye my hair at home, and it normally comes out fine. I’m worried though about making it go lighter, I have some months to make it lighter, but how can I do this and then dye it pink without having to pay ridiculous prices at the hairdresser?

The thing with bleaching hair is that if you leave it in too long, it will turn white and if you don’t leave it in long enough it will turn orange. If you are going to dye your entire head of hair pink, just leave it in pretty long, and it will be white, and make sure you don’t miss any spots when dying it pink. To make it all the same color with bleach, you just need to apply it as fast as possible so every part is touching the bleach for the same amount of time. hope it turns out well!
