Party room decorations?

I have a party room, and i`ve planned to paint all the walls black, then flick neon/uv paints on the walls, ive got a uv light. And then hang metallic ribbons off the ceiling. What kind of things should i have in the party room? Ive got sofas in there. The room is not very big. What colour carpet should i have, and i want to have throw overs on the sofas. What colours should i get?

in the party room you could have a foose ball, pool (a.k.a billiards), ping pong ect. in the room if you wanna go really fancy maybe a bar or a pop fountain.and at home outfitters the have awsome snack things like a popcorn popper a slushie thing ect. the carpet should be dark and the throw overs should be the opset of the couch i.e if the couch is black then a white throw over and if there not black or white excatly then dark and light hope it helps,
