how to fit a metal ceiling light replacing pendant.?

The metal light i have just bought has two earth wires on it. Do i bind these together and put them in a terminal block or chock box. Are there any diagrams to show me how to do it. Thanks for any help i can get.

Splice them together with the earth, bare, or ground wire that is in the wiring box. If none of those are present, attach the to the box itself, under a screw.
