4:45 – Son las cuatro y cuarenta y cinco (You can also say “Son las cinco menos cuarto”)
12:07 – Son las doce y siete
7:58 – Son las siete y cincuenta y ocho
2:15 – Son las dos y cuarto (or instead of “cuarto” put “quince”)
6:30 – Son las seis y media (or instead of “media” put “treinta”)
1:20 – Son la una y veinte
