How to make your room feel like a trendy New York City apartment?
I love the look of white, bright, modern NYC apartment or loft. How would I do that with a little change?

I would change the lights into a more modern sort of shape?

The room shouldn’t be completely whitewhite; often times, they end up looking all crappy. Maybe you should try a more yellowishwhite?

Glass furniture is always a plus.

Get a color accent in there. Maybe red?

Sofas? Or maybe beaniess. They’re awfully comfy. [:

And we New Yorkers tend to want to be all ‘artsy’ and ‘edgy’ sort of look. Put in a weird mutated colored blob of a painting on there. Or just your favorite painting but try to get a more modern art in there not Picasso or Monet sort of stuff.
