can i make a living on my crafting?
i know how to knit, macrame, weave, crochet, sew, beadery, needlecraft, and a few other crafts. i cannot make any one thing that would cost over 20$ but i can make a whole lot of nice things that would cost 1-20$ like headbands, wristbands, hats, bracelets, scarves, rag rugs, needlecraft, bags, and much more.

Even a lemonade stand is considered a small business.

The question is, will your crafting business be worth your time.. Have you calculated how many “crafts” you can produce in a day? Then for how much you can sell them?

For example, if it takes 6 hours to make a knitted hat, and you can sell it from $10; is it worth your time and effort for the potential of making $20/day for 12 hours of work/knitting?
