What is the difference between a Graphic Punch and a Adjustable Circle Cutter?

Im looking at purchasing a button press machine. But I don’t know which one would be best a Graphic Punch or a Adjustable Circle Cutter?

I would imagine that an adjustable circle cutter would be a more useful tool, that way you can have it for other projects as well.

But, if you know that the button press machine requires, or only uses one size circle, and if you can buy that EXACT size circle punch, then buying the individual sized craft punch would be the easiest to handle and to use over and over. (I am assuming that a graphic punch is the same as a craft punch)
