Macaw Tails

Macaw Tails
What type of bird is this?

I saw this bird in my back yard. It is certainly an escaped exotic species but I am unable to find out what it is and I’m an avid birdwatcher. On to the description… The bird was blue with a white breast, 20 to 30 inches from its blue crest to a split tail. I would have called it a hyacinth macaw except for the white breast and the split tail. It was at least that size. I only saw it from the front and the base of the tail was white and it looked like only the lower half of the tail was split and blue. The beak was black and shaped like a parrots’. Any help is appreciated. 10 points on the line. And any websites that list exotic birds with pictures and searchable databases will do just fine. I’m in Los Angeles and I already know all the local, wild species. Thanks for your help.

I am thinking either a blue and gold macaw, or a Blue Throated Macaw

Tails (My Greenwinged macaw and my best friend) saying hello
