Love the arts, like drawing and design, but I am not very good at it. How do I choose a major when…?

doing something in the arts is where i know ill be truly happy but i dont want to do it because im not good at it. Nothing truely intrests me then graphic design but im not very good at drawing and i feel to the best job as a graphic designer youll need the skills of drawing. I feel like ill be miserable doing anyother job unless its something where i can travel or help people. how do i choose a major.

You don’t need to have awesome skills in drawing, but you will need to be able to learn efficiently and BE CREATIVE.You might need to learn the basics of drawing but if you like graphic design I’m sure there’s different fields within graphic design that you can focus on. If you like computer animation, video graphics, etc. those are all fields within graphic design that focus on using other materials than drawing.

You might be able to intertwine it with something else you love, like if you like fashion, you can look into interior designs, etc.

If you like making designs for businesses then you can probably choose marketing, which btw is a plus because not only can you help create or sell designs/slogans/advertistements for other businesses, but it has many different career advancement oppurtunities as well. Marketing is such a flexible degree.
