Trendy Fashion Statements
Nowadays fashion is not only composed of clothes, hairstyles and shoes. Today people understood that they have to correctly use all accessories that are required for a certain outfit and fashion designers recommend this practice by getting out different collections for different cultural classes. The shiny fashion stage is now overwhelmed by small additions to dresses and costumes that make the right statement.
When we talk about business etiquette, dark colors truly reign here. It doesn’t really matter how old or young you are, you can’t be called a professional unless you have a full wardrobe of dark and plain costumes to change every day. Designers recommend them and there are full lines of business tendencies to prove it. But this doesn’t mean that on top of the plain dark look you can’t add a few bright things to allow you to stand out. For example, since the dominant color of this spring is purple, a pink scarf with purple flowers will work wonders on a dark grey outfit. And the combinations are not limited to scarves: it can be a shirt, a waistcoat or even a hat.
Another category of persons, who are never afraid of using accessories and if anything they use them too obviously, are young people, especially girls. A girl with a beautiful pale pink blouse will surely try to add favorable accessories to the outfit. She might consider wearing her pink 4gb ipod or even a pink belt. If you want to stand out by earring a colored player, don’t over do it and wear a belt also. It will only take the eyes away from the main accessory.
Designers and persons who organize fashion shows are trying hard to make people understand that accessories are good, but they have a terrific power and should be used with care, otherwise the entire look will be ruined. Using too many will only ruin the perfect outfit you’ve managed to put together.

The Best of Van Morrison $13.98 Van Morrison reputedly wasn’t crazy about the idea of a greatest-hits package, and this set’s haphazard programming–which leaps from period to period, style to style, tossing in two key singles by his mid-’60s band Them–speaks to his lack of involvement. Still, it rivals Moondance as Morrison’s most popular album, and for a reason: like that classic, it offers one deeply soulful, spiritually and… |

Jurassic Park [VHS] $1.95 Steven Spielberg’s 1993 mega-hit rivals Jaws as the most intense and frightening film he’d ever made prior to Schindler’s List, but it was also among his weakest stories. Based on Michael Crichton’s novel about an island amusement park populated by cloned dinosaurs, the film works best as a thrill ride with none of the interesting human dynamics of Spielberg’s Jaws. That lapse proves unfortunate, … |

Cowboy Way [VHS] $2.99 Somebody in Hollywood thought there was some fish-out-of-water potential in this teaming of wild man Woody Harrelson and slow-burning Kiefer Sutherland as a pair of New Mexico cowboys who go to New York to tame the wild, wild, uh … East. Well, they were mistaken, because this 1994 action-comedy is little more than a tiresome reworking of Crocodile Dundee. Woody and Kiefer head for the Big Apple … |
