What happens if you are ill or the little old lady is in hospital or some idiot puts out your bin for a lark. Or as is often the case the bin is in the wrong place because the collectors haven’t the time or inclination to put it back where it goes. This is just sheer Racketeering from local government.
That’s what happens when you have a Stalinist government who knows what is best for you better than you do.
