are these shoes okay?
i’m taking an aerobics class, and we’re supposed to wear comfortable shoes. i have a pair of flats from nine-west that are made entirely of cloth and a thin layer of rubber-like material on the bottom. the bottom molds to the shape of the foot, and the sides cling to the foot with elastic. they’re brown, withOUT any adornments [jewels] or ribbons and such.
the shoes are super comfortable, but should i wear tennis shoes instead? i don’t want the teacher pointing out my shoes, but i don’t want to carry around an extra pair of shoes all day either . . .
I would wear tennis shoes ….you are doing a good workout with alot of moving and jumping and you really need the support …you don’t want your feet to ache and that is what will happen if you don’t have good support …you could even get leg cramps…
