46 inch Polaroid HDTV double vision effect.?

We own a 46-47 inch HDTV Polaroid Model # is TLA04641c. Currently experiencing double vision effect on the right side of the TV from top to bottom. Can anyone give me a clue on what to do about it? Something i can fix myself at home? Thanks in advance if you need any more details just let me know i will check this very often
