How to make hot pink and black fondant?

I am making a 3-tier birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday. The theme is pink and black so I’d like a pink and black cake. My question is how can I make hot pink and black fondant that tastes good? I would buy already-made fondant but I’m afraid it will taste bad. I’m new to this whole baking and decorating thing. Her cake will be chocolate with buttercream frosting. I don’t know what flavor fondant would taste good with that. Any suggestions? Thanks!
