I agree with seeing an occupational therapist. I imagine you must be in a great deal of physical pain, too.

I had an accident about 2.5 years ago that has left me with chronic neck, back, and headache pain.

Things improved for me when my PCP referred me to the spine program within my health system. There I saw my spine doc, who encourage me to get into their Multidisciplinary Spine Treatment program. This included continuing visits to my spine doc, seeing an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, and a psychologist specializing in chronic pain. We dealt so much with the issues that I haven’t fully recovered and have limitations, then looked for ways to accommodate.

I’ll be honest, I’m not pain free, but I’m managing it better. The hard part now is finding an actual occupation that I can handle.

If you don’t have insurance, many major health centers have some sort of charity care.

If nothing else try occupational and psychological therapy to help cope with what has been lost, and find creative ways to really live again. It may take a long time, but hang in there.

Please stop smoking weed.

Good luck.

PS- Aqua therapy is the best.
