Hackle Guinea

I’m really nervous about introducing my guinea pigs…?

I have one guinea pig that (I think) is around 5-8 months old and I just got another one today that (I think) is around 5-6 weeks old.
I tried introducing my first piggy to another one a while ago that was about 2 1/2 years old, and the older one kept attacking her (with hackles raised, teeth chattering, shoving, and worse..) so now I’m very nervous about introducing my two piggies.

Well when I did it.. I honestly didn’t do anything like you’re suppose to.
I know about giving both baths.. putting them in a big room with veg etc but I didnt.
I’d built the big C&C so I just put both in together.
Honestly I was really lucky… there was rumblestrutting for about an hour… some teeth chattering, a lot of mounting and then it all ended and they loved each others to bits.
The little one wouldn’t leave the big one alone and followed him everywhere, now they’re best of friends
