how can I put glitter on a clear glass bottle and put a string of lights inside it?

Delta Air-Dry PermEnamel Glitter Glaze Works great. Paint outside of bottle and then let dry. Shove lights inside or you could drill a hole in the side of the bottle and poke the string of lights through hole.
