Living In A Tent In Camp Sites Are Good For Health

Tent camping is a form of camping where the campers prefer to take shelter in tents. These tents are light enough for the campers to carry the tent with them as a backpack. They might also carry with them mattresses, basic utensils and necessities and even compact chairs. Their intention is to live it up under the stars.

In many places camping can be carried out only in pre-designated camp sites. These are regulated by law. These could be both public or government managed, or private commercial sites. They might also charge fees. They may, in addition, provide various facilities again for a charge. The number of persons permitted to camp at any time in the site may also be regulated or restricted. These may also vary according to the seasons. In some national parks camping may be banned or minimized during particular seasons such as the dry seasons due to lack of water. Camping sites may also specify certain dos and don’ts which are often site specific. This is to maintain certain safety standards and also the sanctity of the place.  

A tent is a make-shift shelter with a sheet made of fabric or other materials draped over a supporting rope or a frame made of poles. Smaller tents are often not attached to the ground as the bigger tents. The bigger tents are tied to pegs on the ground. Tents were traditionally used by nomadic people. There are now well designed, attractive and light weight tents for recreational purposes. The size of the tent varies from small ones that can accommodate one person to as many as ten people. The  Tetragon 1610 tent is one such designed to accommodate up to 9 persons. It features four windows, three doors, fiberglass frame, and two room dividers to set up two or three rooms.

The camping tents are portable and are usually carried as a backpack. The larger tents are heavier. They can only be transported in a vehicle. These bigger tents are often found commonly used by the military. They are used when there is a crowd to be accommodated. The stores that sell camping equipments usually have camping tents too.
