How do you get a blue feather in harvest moon a wonderful life?

I have four hearts with Celia but i still have not gotten a blue feather what do i have to do to get one please please please please PLEASE help me?

I played that game something like… seven years ago, so my memory is hazy. From what I remember, when you get 4 hearts with a girl, the harvest sprites will call you after a day or two and they will initiate a cut scene. After the cut scene, I believe it will be on the shelf in your tool shed.
