Please I need any advice about how to cut paper in a perfect circle?

what kind of tool do i need?
well,i’m doing some simple homemade crafts.
thanks for your favor to help me out with this.

you can buy a compass it looks like a “V” wirh a pencil on one end a sharp point on the other draw the circle and cut along the line or you can use a stright razor for better control or you can use cups or other cylinders for the circle and cut along the edge of the object with a razor on the paper.
