Fabric Wedding

I want to hang fabric from the walls & ceiling for my wedding. Whats the best fabric to use? where do I get it?

Im getting married in June and dont know what fabric is used? Is it Tulle? It just seems so flowey for tulle. ALso where can I purchase it and how much does it usually cost? Thank you for all your help!
