Eye Feathers

My budgies eye is loosing feathers around it and the feather that are left are all yellow.?

What should I do with her eye? Does anybody know what it could be?

Is your bird young? Maybe first or second moult? Yellow feathers can be PBFD. Maybe your bird needs to be tested for this. It is most common in African and Australian birds. Budgies are Australian.
