Epoxy Pigment

Hi, I’d like to paint a black bedframe white.?

The bed is steel with pigmented epoxy/polyester powder coating; what paint do I use? I do want the finish to look good, so what is the best paint to use?

I have done this several times. First I made sure that the old paint wouldn’t chip. If it did ,I sanded it. I then painted it with a spray primer. This covered the dark finish. I let it dry, then painted it with the best spray paint I could find. This should cover it very well. If not lightly sand it again, and put on another coat of paint. I used paint that was rust proof.
