Engraved Brass

Has anyone heard of the holton soloist french horn?
The horn is rose brass and has holton soloist stamped on the bell and soloist engraved on the mouth piece shank. If anyone has heard of it please tell me if it really is made by holton (no an asian fake) and what level of horn it is and any other info etc. Thanks!!
Scott,
You had me on this one, I had no idea. So I asked the former Holton horn factory tester. He replied:
“It is a souped up H 378. Holton wanted to compete with Bach Omega and Yamaha Allegro step up lines. They took an H 378 and put a rose brass bell on . They also soldered a medallion on the bell . The did the same thing with their TR 680 student trombone.”
I saw the one on ebay that went for $1,200, if that was an H378 then it cost more than I would be interested in paying.
