Elasticated Frilled

london designer at topshop?

hi,
im trying to find the name of a london designer i saw featured in a kent branch of topshop in canterbury. I wrote it on my phone but i cant find it!! its a 2 word name and the dresses and skrts i saw featured are of a floral print design with frills in lovely pinks and blues- very girly. They are all one size fits all some of them have boning around the top part such as a pink cherry print one i tried on, they are elasticated around the top half, most of them, to allow them to fit all sizes. The dresses i think retail at about £40 but theyre currently reduced to £25 in canterbury and i wanted to see if i could find them online.
Anyone know the name of this designer id be so greatful?
