Can I use Car Wash Soap on my Disc Brakes?

At my local self spray car wash, the high pressure spray is mixed with soap. Is it OK to use that option on the wheels / disc brakes? I want to use the high pressure but am not sure if the soap hurts the braking ability in a WD-40 sorta way. Thanks!
