Red wine, a title recognized by many. If you are looking for something new to try, ask for an Australian red wine or Shiraz. These are both deep in flavor and can be paired with hearty, rustic dishes like stews, red meats and lobster. When you venture out to find a great red wine, take the time to consider the taste you are looking to experience and the memories you want to obtain.
