What does this stone mean?

I just bought a strand of stones from a craft store. The brand is Darice Semi Precious, and the name of the strand is “L India Green Carnelian Stone.” On the back there is a list of the meanings of the stones, but Green Carnelian is not listed! I would really like to know the meaning of this stone, but all of the websites I have checked have said the meanig for a redish-orange carnelian. I would like to know what a green one means.

The term carnelian refers to a specific color of stone. Chances are that if the stone is actually carnelian and it is green, it has probably been dyed green. One a manufacturer dyes stones they call it whatever they like.
