Do any craft stores do the wedding ribbon with the bride and grooms name? on the spot?

what places do it ….what does it cost and how long does it take?
how about having little tags made?

Custom ribbon is something you’d have to order online. Check etsy.com to see if someone on there can help you. As for the tags, I don’t see why you can’t run sheets of cardstock thru your printer at home and print your names on them and then slice it into tags with a cutting board. That would be a lot cheaper than having someone else do it.
