What craft material sticks and stays on plastic?

For a christmas gift for a bunch of my friends I bought thick, plastic wine glasses. I want to decorate them using some sort of marker or paint. What is recommended that will not peel off or wash off with a couple of uses?

“puffy paint” sticks to plastic and you can paint with it(squeeze it out and apply with a paint brush- was your brush often as it gums up quickly, also make sure your brush is very dry when applying) but they should wash those by hand anyway….do a sample and let dry and test with your finger nail to make sure your glasses don’t have a weird coating.
