In the new TCG sets of WOW what do the crafting cards from cryptozoic do?

in the pack there is a non TCG card that has like iceweb spidersilk etc…..what do these do and how do i use them?

Players may redeem their crafted cards in one of two ways:

1. Attend a premier event like the Darkmoon Faire
2. Fill out the order form and send it in to UDE

Part of the requirements for mailing in the redemption form is to provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. Canadian residents are required to send their forms to the USA, which requires them to obtain a US stamp for the self-addressed envelope.
