Can I remove the pink from a dress and dye it yellow?

I bought a dress that has a coral pink under-layer and very very light pink eyelet lace overlay. I want the whole dress to be yellow. Is there a way that I could get the pink color out and re-dye it yellow? It is 100% cotton throughout.

You could try a color remover then dye it yellow. But eyelet may be a problem though. Usually going with a darker color is easier.

Could have it professionally done too.
