HELP! Kitchen Color Dilemma?

I have just purchased a cottage style home with a small kitchen. The cabinetry is honey oak and the counter top is a very light grayish blue. I have just completed removing the nasty orange wall paper and thought I was good to go on my color selection. I was going with Behr Ocean View blue on lower half of wall and Straw Hat yellow on the top half of walls and ceiling. Then I saw this lovely shade of green by Behr called Grass Cloth. I’m torn; I see possibilities with both and my accessories could work with both. Secondly, would my small kitchen look larger with one color instead being bi-colored. Your comments are welcomed.

Color and size have no connection. It is lighting and size that are connected. If you can spring for some recessed lights, put them around the perimeter as over the counters a possible.
