Is it possible to make glass splashback using paint or adhesive contact?

I like the idea of an original and personal splashback for my kitchen…is it possible?

I do not understand exactly how you plan to do this from the limited info given but yes you can use toughened glass as a splash-back and if the under-surface to which you plan to bond it to is sound and well prepared then you can use silicone glue to stick it in place. Silicone sealants and glues have a high temperature rating whereas ordinary contact glues do not.
