How can I transfer my son out of Secta Magnet School the first year?

There is a clause in the paperwork we filled out that states: student
must complete one full year before being able to transfer out.

Sounds like you’re obligated by a contract you chose to sign. Perhaps a lawyer could find a “loophole”, but I doubt it.

BTW – this sounds like an elementary/secondary school question, not a college question.
