Runescape: Will just a single “staff of air” let me cast the spell “air strike”?

Because i have Staff of air, and i am crafting air runes at the altar, but when i looked at the requirments for “air strike”, there was another type of rune that was required. So does that mean, i keep the Staff of Air, and craft some runes of the other required type for Air strike?

An air staff provides infinite air ruins. To cast Wind Strike, you need
MIND runes.
These can be runecrafted too. I suggest going from edgeville north to the wildy, west, then back over the wildy jump, make the runes and come back.
