Bronze Turkey
My Turkey hen has been sitting on her eggs for 28 days, Is it possible that all the eggs are not fertile?
Hi
I have 2 turkeys a bourbon red tom and a bronze hen. The hen has been sitting on her eggs for 28 days now and still no sign of movement. Do turkey hens ever become broody like chicken and sit on unfertilized eggs?
How long should I wait before i take them off her?
Should the tom be allowed inside the nesting house with her?
As you can tell i am new to the whole turkey thing!
well first off I would not try to take them away they will soon smell if not fertile if they are then you will have some new little faces
