If i put a blue colored tint film over my head lights, will they give off a blue hue?

I was thinking of buying a blue tint film to put over my head lights, but was wondering if they give off a blue hue if i put them on and turn on my head lights. Maybe. I dont think it’ll be exactly what your looking for but if you want a cheap way to get it…a tint should do it. Try purchasing a set of ultrawhite xenon bulbs and that would look alot better. The set is no more than about $30 for bulbs.
