Is it possible to use the red and black hot wires from a receptacle to wire a 240v a/c mini split?

My breaker box is 60 feet away from a room that will be added to the house. The closes to hot wires are in this receptacle right next to the area where the new room will be built.

Sorry,you need an electrician.Hate to think your house burnt down from wrong info.
