Any suggestions for decorating a tee-shirt for a faerie festival?

I have ribbons, beads, flowers, paints, glitter…Scissors…Anyone have any ideas? It needs to go with a faerie-type skirt and look cool, other than that I can do whatever.

Is the shirt intended to be worn just for the event, or is it for longevity (to survive future washes)? If the latter, you may want to consider screen printing and/or embroidery…it won’t be as shiny or brilliant as your listed ideas, but it will last longer. If it is a one-time use, then I say go with your ideas…it should look great!
