How can I treat “sauna” burn in my face?

My face got burned up. It looks like I got a sunburn, but I didn’t go to the beach, I went inside the sauna room. Can I get darker if i got my face burned in the sauna, because my face looks like I got a tan and it looks a little red. And it also feels like a sunburn, because my face burns! How can i treat my face for this? Also, what can i do to prevent this from ever happening again, because I want to go back to the sauna, but im afraid i might get burned again. Every time I go to the gym, i go to the sauna, but this is the first time this has ever happened.

What your describing is a mild first degree burn, how hot is that sauna? This is too hot if it causes a burn. It will go away in a few days, take advil to reduce inflammation. You can sooth it with aloe gel if it helps.
