what age should you do the foot and hand print of your baby?

I want to do my baby’s foot and hand print I have a copy of her feet from the hospital on a paper (don’t’ think it’s the original) but I also want to do her hands. She is currently 3 1/2 months old almost 4 months really is this a good time to do them or should I wait till she’s older and if so what’s the best type of materials to use?

The best time to do it is after 3 months as long as you make sure that you wipe all the clay mold off the babys hands immediately after youre done. Micheals or any craft store has a nice selection of baby hand/feet print molds.Good luck and congratulations on your new bundle of joy
