Is Neo Halogen basking light safe for my baby turtle?

I live in Japan so I was wondering if “Neo Halogen” light is okay for my baby turtle. The light bulb was in the turtle section so I’m guessing it was okay? Also, does Neo Halogen have UV lighting in it? And lastly, how much am I supposed to feed my baby turtle a day? I have these tiny peddles of turtle food.

Yup Neo Halogen is like natural daylight for your little turtle and does have UV light.
How much you should feed your baby is a very important part of having turtles, you should only feed him the amount of food = to the size of his head. Turtles will eat continuously if you let them which leads to rapid growth and deformation of the shell.
Also you should think about varying his diet, turtle pellets are a great start but arent sufficient for turtles to live on, do some research (google) on your species of turtle and find out what it CAN eat, most are omnivores so they will enjoy leafy green vegetables, fish, shrimp, prawn and mine loves the occasional bit of cheese! (only about once every week.
Remove any uneaten food after 5 mins, its also a good idea if its possible to feed your turtle in another body of water as they really are messy eaters, if you feed them in a bucket for example you wont have to clean their tank out so often.
