Victorian Era Manga & Anime?

I’ve watched and read Kuroshitsuji & Count Cain/Godchild. I’m considering reading Ludwig Revolution. I really want to read something that has detailed outfits, because I adore Victorian fashion. I was also looking for something darker, twisted, and, dare I say, gothic. I have no interest in Pandora Hearts, because I don’t care for the art. Yes, the art is that important to me. Steampunk & Edwardian manga suggestions would be lovely too. Thanks in advance. :]
