Where can I buy professional style wedding appliques?

I recently ordered a beautiful wedding dress from Monoco. The dress is pretty much completely plain except for a small diamond-style appliques in the center of the sweetheart neckline. I purposely ordered the dress to have the applique seperate because I want to possibly add my own. I would like a professional looking one with glass style beads on it or swarovski crystals. Does anyone know any website/store that would sell something like this. It is perfectly fine for more expensive ones….sort of what I am looking for
