what color should i paint my walls to go with burgundy chesterfield sofa?

i need to choose wall color, trim color for architraves and doors, also carpet and accessories, i would like the overall look to be warm and cosy and modern, i just cant make up my mind as ive painted a house before and was very unhappy with the result. please any suggestions?

Dark browns and lighter mochas.
I just did that in my home, the dark brown as feature walls and I love it because I can accent with any color. I get comments all the time how warm it is and browns are very in right now. I’ve accented with blue but I have a friend whose home is also in the browns and she has accented in a dark red and it looks very attractive.

I’m sure it would go well with a burgundy sofa. Good luck!
